Rough sketches for a side project. Loving all this new Sailor Moon stuff coming out!!
Some rough designs from a personal project.
I’ve been really busy at work, and searching for a new apartment lately, so here’s a reblog!
Once all this settles down, I REALLY want to get back into this project!
I recently accepted a job over at Jakks Pacific as a Jr. Designer! I will be, specifically, on the packaging design team for their Disney Brands. I start on Monday! Words cannot describe how excited I am to get started! I’ll be creating any illustrations needed for the packagings, and I’ll also be trained in packaging design! Sometimes, I’ll also have to go down to the Disney Studio to get approvals, so it’s a great opportunity to meet people.
It’s all the way in Malibu, so I will be searching an apartment nearby. Probably Culver City(?). I have about a month or so to find something in my budget, and a roommate, so I have time. In the mean time, I’ll still be living in LA.
I’ll also be freelancing in my spare time with Yankee Peddler. They were SO happy for me when I told them I’d be leaving for this job, but they still wanted me to work on their projects and Pillowcapers whenever I get the chance.
I’m SO happy I get to share such good news with everyone! I finally won’t be a full time freelancer anymore; I can freelance in my spare time, and work on my own projects with more ease. I also won’t be as stressed out anymore trying to make sure I have a constant stream of work. I am extremely blessed and thankful for the opportunity, you have no idea!
Drawin’ different Sailor Moons.
Remember that commercial I did the backgrounds on? Well, it’s now on the studio that I did it for website! I still think it came out great, so I’m sharing it from their Vimeo!
I’m over there now working on their IP Pillowcapers! They’re a super awesome studio; check them out!
Hey guys! I’ve been getting a lot more followers on Tumblr lately, so thought I should pimp my Twitter! I’ve been using it a lot more often, so feel free to follow me there, too!
